Return Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
What we accept:
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
What we don't accept:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items with missing tags or damaged packaging
How to return:
- Email us at contact@julissaa.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions
- Ship the item back at your expense within 5 days
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Exchanges:
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us at contact@julissaa.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@julissaa.com with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
